1. Agreement

By using Writero, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Writero is operated by Future Spin LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17006460), with registered address at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Writero. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Plans and pricing

Writero offers the following plans:

• Demo — free plan with limited AI operations. No payment required.
• Starter — monthly subscription with a fixed AI allowance that resets each billing cycle.
• Pro — usage-based plan with prepaid credits that do not expire.

Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing credits, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method.

Starter plan: Billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Pro plan: Prepaid credits purchased on demand. Credits remain in your account until used.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Starter plan: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. No refunds are provided for the current or any previous billing periods.

Pro plan: You may request a refund of unused credits by contacting us. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Writero. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (including sending content to AI providers for processing).

8. AI-generated content

Writero uses third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter) to generate and transform content. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before use.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access.
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal usage.
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep Writero available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writero and Future Spin LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
